The Wedding of Shelley and Luke
On Saturday, May 2, I gained a new daughter-in-law and friend. I believe Shelley and Luke are truly soul mates. Call it Karma, Fate, Destiny, whatever ... their love story is one of young love followed by years of separation and hardship, only to find each other again in a way that seems almost impossible. May they have a long life together filled with fun, love and happiness!!!!
Shelley and Luke were married on Saturday, May 2, 2009 in Sarasota, Florida at the Ringling Mansion on the grounds of New College. The wedding was absolutely beautiful! Friends and family traveled from far and wide to attend. Everyone was so excited to see that Luke had found someone to share his life and dreams. ...so many pictures! The Mario Cake! It was fantabulous! But, not as fantabulous as Shelley! Wow! She was so beautiful and radiant that it hurt your eyes. Their moment on the dance floor was an electric moment where all the guests could feel the importance of their moment. Of course, Randy sang with Zeke, and Ricky helping out on drums and guitar and vocals. I was so proud of my brothers and their families. They all travelled a long way to witness Luke's big day.
