Merlin Web Pages LLC is owned and operatedby Sandy Rumsey. Sandy has achieved web programming certifications in java, javascript, css, html,and xhtml. She is "E-Commerce Certified" by Furman University in Greenville, S.C.

Sandy has received the prestigious "Sud Pageat Award" for work on civic sites for the Greater Greer Chamber of Commerce in Greer, South Carolina.
